No. Errandia does not charge commissions from sellers. The online marketplace is free to use and you don’t have to pay any listing fees or commissions on sales.

To create an account, click on the sign-up button and fill out the registration form and submit. To login use either your telephone number or Email. When your email/telephone is inputted, you will receive an OTP from Errandia. Fill out the OTP form and enjoy the app

  1. Make sure you meet any person you are doing business with in an open space in public for your safety
  2. Never go out to meet any business person you contacted on errandia alone. Make sure you have company so as to stay safe 

  3. Errandia does not ask for your PIN or any personal information from you so never communicate any confidential information to any one claiming to be Errandia Agent

     

To ensure that only legitimate and real businesses are listed on our platform , 

  1. We ensure that all registered businesses are verified by an Errandia Agent before they are made public

  2. We ensure that all users verify their telephone Numbers on the system by sending a verification SMS . If your Telephone number is not verified , you cannot carry out any activity on our platform

     

Start by creating a user account and after logging in to app the use the following methods 

1. Click the float plus (+) Sign at the bottom right , Add Business , fill out the form and Publish your business 

2.Click on the mobile menu icon (hamburger) icon on the top right , Click on manage Businesses , Click on the plus  (+)  sign at the bottom right , fill out the form and Publish 

3. Click on Profile at the bottom right , slide to the Businesses options from the list and click on the plus  (+)  sign , fill out the form and Publish 

N.B : Please be informed that when you create a business on Errandia , it take between 24 and 72 hours for our team to verify and activate your account for your business to go live

No . You can search for businesses and products on Errandia without creating an account but if you wish to Run an Errand , you need to create an account so that errandia can use your account details each time you run an errand to share to the businesses which might have what you need . This will enable them to effectively and conveniently contact you 

Errandia is an electronic-hub which helps the buyers and sellers to find each other as per their requirement, interact, bargain and carry out actual transactions online. Errandia has two concepts 

  1. Search :

     With this concept , you can search any item and get the contact of those businesses having them  and you can you call them or contact them through WhatsApp

  2. Errand / Run Errands : 

    With this concept, you can post your requirements on Errandia  (  you have the option to upload photos of your requirements ) , and errandia will use its internal algorithm to send your requirements to businesses having either the same product / service like what you are looking for or similar products. The businesses will evaluate your requirements and if they can provide them, they will contact you through your details you provided when you were creating an account . 

    Note that many businesses can contact you for a single requirement you posted with proposals and you are the one to make your choice but never send money to anyone online . 

    If you succeed in getting what you were looking for, go to your Errands dashboard and under the option of Posted Errands, click and define that request as “ Marks as Found ”  so that businesses won't be contacting again
